Before jumping
- Recommended age: 6 years and older
- Maximum weight: 120 kg
- Please wear sports clothing. Changing rooms are available.
- Bring non-slip socks or purchase them from us. Wearing non-slip socks is mandatory!
- Sharp and pointed objects must be left outside (belts, keys, jewellery, piercings and jeans with metal buttons).
- Make sure your pockets are empty.
- You are allowed to bring food and drinks with you.
- If you wear glasses, you should wear sports glasses or contact lenses.
- If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please do not jump.
- Do not jump under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
- Food and drinks must remain in the lounge.
- Your mouth must be empty (no sweets, chewing gum or similar items) – risk of suffocation!
On the trampoline area
- Only one person per trampoline.
- Somersaults are prohibited.
- Jump in the centre of the trampoline and land with both feet.
- Do not jump on the protective padding: risk of injury!
- Keep your hands off the nets and safety padding: risk of injury!
- Be considerate of others – especially children!
- Insults and verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
- Always follow the instructions of the supervisory staff.
- Sitting and lying on the jumping surface is prohibited – please take your breaks outside.
- Do not run or push.
- Use at your own risk.
- Injuries may occur even if the rules are followed.
