Requirements
This accessibility statement applies to the Fun-Center Husum website published at https://www.jump-valley.de.
As a company, we strive to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) and the Accessibility Enhancement Act Ordinance (BFSGV) for the implementation of the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services).

The accessibility requirements are set out in the Ordinance on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSGV).
The specific accessibility requirements have been implemented in accordance with Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG in the Ordinance on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSGV).

The specific technical measures are based on WCAG 2.1 Level A, AA.
Compliance with the requirements was verified through a self-assessment (the content was assessed by an internal employee or the content developer) and was carried out on 21 July 2025. The assessment was carried out in accordance with legal requirements and global standards (EN 301 549, WCAG 2.1 Level A, AA).
The Jump Valley website has the following status in relation to the compliance level represented by WCAG 2.1 Level A, AA: partially compliant: only parts of the content are compliant.
We provide services and information on our website/in our app in accordance with Section 2 of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) and the Accessibility Enhancement Act Ordinance (BFSGV). We strive to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessibility Enhancement Act implementing the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
We have checked our website/app in accordance with the compliance criteria described below and optimised it for barrier-free use.
